Why is Saint Lawrence the patron saint of chefs and butchers and comedians and librarians?

Lawrence was martyred by being grilled alive over a slow fire (chefs, butchers). Before he died he told his executioner to "Turn me over, I'm done on this side" (comedians). Librarians? I am not sure.
