Your Turkish boyfriend will need his passport that is valid for at least 6 months past the expiration of the visa that he is in the US on. In addition, he will need his Turkish ID card and the 2 of you will have to obtain certificates of "no impediment" for the Turkish governemt. You will then have to register your marriage with the Turkish Embassy immediately following the ceremony.
