Yes. The popular thing is to use a 350 crankshaft, and make a 383. You need special spacer type bearings, as there is a journal difference, and I would suggest a 6 inch rod, which will cut down on side loading. And, to make it breath, you will need an aftermarket type head, like DART, or Brodix.
