1.If you are a Webelo and you have earned these activity badges:

*Readyman

*Outdoorsman

*One from the mental skills group

*One from the technology group

*One of your choice

2.Be an active member of your Webelos den for at least six months since turning 10 or completing the fourth grade and earn the Webelos badge
