Are you meant to shave your pubic hair?

No, not really, but lots of people do. The pubic hair doesn't really serve any other purpose other than to signify the onset of puberty. I wouldn't recommend shaving your pubic hair, but in case you definitely want to, then you should wax it off. The wax eliminates the hair near the root, so it takes longer for the hair to grow back, and it doesn't leave any razor burn. Make sure you do it correctly, however.

It's just fine if you want to. It is no more unnatural than shaving your armpits.
