How do you switch on iPad 2?

To turn on an ipad 2, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button located on the top edge of the device until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen. If the ipad is already on and you want to wake it from sleep mode, simply press the Home button or tap the screen. If the device is unresponsive, you may need to charge it for a while before attempting to power it on.
