I have no evidence to support my theory but how to start using belly fat within 3 weeks. Get active burn at least 300 calories a day I.E. walking, jogging, jumping jacks, riding a bike. Anything that makes you sweat. Eat right from 4'11 to about 5'5 you should eat around 1900 to 2000 cals a day. 5'6 to 6'0 2200. Eat everything during daylight hours I.E. when the sun is up) because when the sun goes down your body goes into a less active state. Personally add hot sauce to everything I eat because I have read from various sources that hot sauce is good for you in speeding up metabolism and other great benefits. Also drink ALOT of water not pop, soda, juice, lemonaid (unless its homemade and no sugar added ) tea or anything that uses sugar or carbonated water.
