What does God heals and the doctor takes the fee mean?

The total healing power lies in the hands of Almighty God. We fall ill when we break some rule of health. The doctor advises us to follow the health rules and gets fee, whereas it is the sweet will of the Almighty how and when to restore our health. Had it be in the hands of a doctor, no rich man would have fallen ill. Thus the famous saying above means that we should pray to God to keep us healthy.
