What is the difference between who you are and what you are?

Answerwho you are can be defined as two things. Your name for instance who you are could be Nora Roberts. or who you are could be you yourself. Not a name or a label. But who you really are as a person. what makes you unique and what makes you you.

What you are could be ..I'm a 15 year old high shcool student. I'm engaged and am looking for a job...etc. What you are is more of what you are is more of what you do as who you are is more of What is you.

as my friend told, who you are is used for inroducing the family, nationality and elc..., but what you are is different and has the meaning of you personality as well as things for who you are.
