The Tyrannosaurus Rex was a hunter that didn't need any shelter. This animal hunted alone or with a mate. He builds a nest of branches, logs and sand in a pile. Himself he didn't need it, he was lying around somewhere. Tyrannosaurus, any other dinosaur, didn't need shelter, because the open sky was shelter enough. They were adjusted to their environment.
