How do you summon a specific person on a Ouija board?

PLEASE play Ouija boards at your own risk..they are not funny things to mess with. They contain malevolent spirits, Demons and Poltergiests. So basically-they contain dangerous,scary and unwanted things. They ruin peoples lives each day and people move houses because of using a Ouija board "for a laugh".
