Feels like bugs crawling in my eyebrows. the skin is raised with a little red rash. and it's painful to touch. What is this?

Same thing happened to me. No sign of anything there for 2days. After that a cluster of red bumps formed. A day later 4 more showed up on my forehead. Went to the dr and turns out I had shingles, the reappearing of the chicken pix virus. If you feel this tingling go to the dr asap. The sooner you get on meds the less worse the shingles will be, which can get very painful!!!
