Uranus does not have oxygen or liquid water in the same way Earth does. However, it has a thick atmosphere composed mainly of hydrogen, helium, and methane. While there may be water in the form of ice and possibly in a slushy state within the planet's interior, it is not present as liquid water on the surface. The extreme cold and high pressure in Uranus' atmosphere make conditions very different from those on Earth.
