How many electoral college votes does a Presidential candidate have to receive to win the Electoral College?

Each state receives the same number of electors as the number of its congressmen (which is always different) and the number of its senators (which is always two) put together. Florida, for example, has twenty-five congressmen, and two senators, so therefore currently is entitled to twenty-seven electors.
