Examples of who halo effect in organization?

Halo Effect = "Judging a person based upon a single trait"

Example:

A is usually late for the office, therefore B forms an opinion about him that he is an inefficient employee. In this case, B doesn't refer to his other traits such as performance , behaviour with peers etc etc!
