How old do you have to be to smoke pot in CO legally?

If you live in a state that offers the Medical Marijuana Program then most of them you have to be atleast 18 and have a doctor sign off on your paperwork... But if you are unlucky enough to live in a state that doesnt offer the MMP then sucks for you
