Does beer affect the antibiotic clindamycin?

for this reason this is a real story I'm going thro it now

i have a severe tooth infection "abscessed tooth" so the doc prescribed clindamycin 300mg 4 times a day it worked at first for about 4 days. then i bought a 12 pack of beer not knowing if it would effect it. i drank 6 beer Tuesday night and than 6 Friday night. i went to bed Friday and woke up to my gums and cheek swollen. my infection got alot worse now the doc has me on penicillin 2x300 ml 4 times a day to combat it so i would say YES it does

my opinion is

antibiotics are absorbed thro the liver and i believe when your drink beer or alachol you have to pee urinate more frequent there for the antibiotic spends less time in your system for it to work.
