Who is Louie in Pikmin?

Louie is olimars brother he is younger and the same height as olimar he's also the maker of the hoctate ship

Louie is Captain Olimar's coworker at Hocotate Freight in Pikmin 2. He is something of a food connoisseur and apparently liked eating bugs as a child. He has no relation to Olimar or the President of Hocotate Freight.
