How do you get a real dragon?

There are storys of dragons all over the world; however, they all look different. Chinese dragons, for example, are long and red with many legs. Many African tribe storys tell of large, black dragons that only have two legs, and, of course, there is the story of the English and Welsh dragons that are absolutely huge, with four legs and bat-like wings. The locations and means of contacting dragons are restricted to serious and well funded expeditions - I'm sure you can appreciate why.
