Why is my home air conditioner blowing cool air out of vents just not cold enough?

That, I'm sorry to say, is your opinion. Some people may think it is too cold. Or maybe by some chance the air conditioning is broken. If it is, you may want to get it checked. If it is fine, it is just your opinion, sorry to say. It may never change if you don't get used to the extra heat.
