what you should do is to get up and exercise. don't eat foods that have too much fat in them. don't watch too much TV because that is being lazy and that is the main cause of have cholesterol. remember to drink as much liquids as you can especially water. and eat healthy foods and vegetables. keep doing this diet for about a month or two
