A Wind vane measures wind strength and direction, wind strength does not have a set unit of measurement such as cm or m, but the measurement for direction is measured in degrees, like the compass, pointing so many degrees N.W. etc. You might be looking for a unit of "wind speed" which you would have to look at an anemometer to find.

cardinal

north, east, south & west

wow its sorta weird qustion because its north south east west so that's pretty easy

ANS2:The vane points in a direction so, the units are degrees. North is 0°, East is 90°, South is 180° and West is 270°.
