Where is the tensioner for the serpentine belt on a hyundai entourage?

There are two Pulleys to the left of the alternator that have caps. Look at the pulley farthest from the alternator. If you look below this pulley, you will see (or feel) two bolt shaped structures. One is a bolt, the other is not a bolt. Attach a rachet to this bolt shape structure (not the bolt) and as you put pressure on this structure, the pulley will move.
