No your parents can not hit you.Well if you are bad they can smack your bottom.If your parents hit you then that is very very bad.But remember that if you get a smack on the bottom,that is not a hit.If your parents smack your bottom then their being good parents.So just remember that if your parents smack your bottom then that's not a hit.
