Is it is true that there are 7 people with same face?

It is true that humans are one species of animal. Everyone has their own individual DNA, so they are all unique. However, since we are all the same species, we basically look alike from the get-go. There are going to be many examples of people looking enough like each other that they could be siblings, even if they are not related.
