Can a 16-year-old girl move in with her 19-year-old boyfriend and his parents?

A 16-year-old cannot leave home without parental consent/emancipation/court approval/etc. Mom and Dad can report you as a runaway and have you picked up and returned home. Anyone who takes you in or assist you can be facing charges for doing so.
