Explain how an individual background can influence their communication methods?

Individual background has a lot to do with communication methods.

Individual from a background where people speak very loud would have a problem communicating with individual from a back ground where people speak with low tone of voice. Therefore, that individual will continue to speak very loud irrespective of the community he lives

Also, individual from a background where people speak very fast will have a problem communicating with individual from a background where people speak slowly. Therefore, that individual will continue to speak very fast irrespective of the community he lives.

Individual background communication methods actually led to different accents which is a barrier to communication.
