· The Greeks had a daily plan that they had to follow to be healthy
· When a man wakes up he should not rise until the heaviness of sleep has gone. Every day he should was his face with pure water. He should rub his teeth using fine peppermint powder to take away the food
· Then he should rub his head and comb his hair
· Then he should take a walk because walks before meals clear out the body and prepare it for food and give it more power for digesting
· The Greeks had different routines for different seasons
· In summer you should eat softer, purer food, take lukewater baths and have short strolls after dinner.
· In winter you should eat warming foods such as wheat, bread and exercise as often as possible. Hot baths are good for you.
· Greeks were very interested in exercise and racing so the first Olympic Games were held in Greece.
