Can you get drafted into the military if you have cancer?

As long as you meet the physical standards, then yes, you can join the military even if you have a medical history of cancer. The only reservation is that you will be required to fill out a waiver which documents that you have been clear of cancer and from treatments for more than five consecutive years.
