If you mean in terms of a chemical reaction, probably very little.

"Soda" is used to mean a lot of different things, but in this case I assume you mean carbonated water, sugar, and flavoring. The sugar and the flavoring is likely going to be pretty much inert with respect to anything in Altoids (hint: also sugar and flavoring), and so is the carbonated water ...

EXCEPT that the sugar and flavoring in Altoids are in solid form rather than already dissolved. That makes a difference. Altoids are fairly "rough", which means they provide a lot of nucleation sites for bubbles to form, and carbonated water tends to rapidly become carbon dioxide and water when presented with nucleation sites.

So: it's going to fizz. But the actual chemical reaction is going to be just H2CO3 -> H2O + CO2, same as if you'd dropped in granulated sugar or sand or just about anything else.
