Why is a person unattractive?

A person can be unattractive for a couple of reasons (maybe more). It could be the person was not blessed with good physical features or a great body shape. It could also be that the person is mean and nasty on the inside, which shows on the outside. A person with a great body and great physical features who is mean and nasty on the inside can be just as unattractive (if not more unattractive) than a person who has unattractive physical features.
