3x-2y = -6

-2y = -3x-6

y = 1.5x+3

The slope will be the same for both equations because they are parallel and so:-

y-2 = 1.5(x-4)

y = 1.5x-6+2

The equation of the line in slope intercept form is: y = 1.5x-4
