What is the firing order on a john deere 1010 special tractor?

I have a 1962 Row Crop Utility JOHN DEERe 1010.

Everywhere I read said the firing order was 1-3-4-2, BUT, after much messing with my new distributor, I have found that mine is most definitely 1-2-4-3.

Mines a pre- 36000 serial # (or is it 3600?).

Also - not that it matters for 1-2-4-3, but the front cylinder (furthest from driver) is #1.
