What are Hephaestus greatest traits talents and skills?

Hephaestus isn't really leader of anything, except the workers in the giant forge located on Mount Etna (in the vulcan). You might say he's cunning (after all, he did trick his mother Hera into sitting on the chair that wouldn't let her go, and only released her after he was given Aphrodite as his wife; also he caught his wife and her lover Ares, by pretending to leave the house and then throwing a magic net over them).
