Why would there be no spark in a 1990 Pontiac 6000 SE if it has gas and it has brand new spark plugs and plug wires?

4 posibiltys here.. 1) You ignition module could be bad, or the wiring for it could not be hooked up 2) Coil packs being bad, located on top of the ignition module 3) Crank Position sensor. A real pain to change, look around here on wiki, I just ansered how to change this sensor for another user. 4) Bad computer
