What is the difference between finacle and flexcube?

Finacle is from Infosys whereas Flexcube is from Oracle. Both are banking softwares. Flexcube has got higher market share and is being used by banks worldwide,whereas Finacle is being used mostly in India and Middle East. Market share for finacle in US is very very low.
