Can casting a spell bring bad luck onto you?

According to Wicca any magick ( I do believe in Wicca its with a K correct me if I am wrong) used will come back on to you three fold. So bad spells will bring bad things and good spells will bring good things. I have limited knowledge on the subject of this religion. Also in most myths when someone casts a spell to harm another it is usually undone and they are punished which I suppose qualifies as bad luck.
