Does theater have to be capitalized in a sentence?

The noun theater is only capitalized if:

- it refers to a course of study at a school (e.g. Theater, Dramatic Arts)

- it is included in a proper noun (e.g. the Globe Theater)

- it is the first Word in a sentence
