Can you still get pregnant even if im not in your fertil days?

I'm very sure there should be an answer to this, but since I do not see a valid answer, I'll try to answer it.

In your normal period, i think there is a 50% chance, while in the fertile period, a probable 70% would be more likely for you to get pregnant. Menstruation...i highly doubt that happens....you can;t conceive when your vagina is bleeding, as the egg is destroyed, right? .
