Can you refuse a hair test?

You have the right to refuse a hair follicle test. But if you are taking the test for a job or something similar, it is mandatory to take the test and pass to get the job, for example. You can refuse any test you want unless the person giving it has a subpoena. Just remember if you refuse you may not get the job (if an employer wants it) or you may go back to jail (parole & probation love hair drug tests). So yes unless court ordered you can refuse it but in the end you will lose-be it the job, your freedom, your children..... You Do Not Have The Right When You Are Being Charged In An Ongoing Investigation Or You Are Going To Trial Or When Your On Probation And You Are Required By The Courts.
