Show you a picture diagram of where to replace spark plugs on my Mercedes c 230 compressor?

What year??If you have a c230 kompressor that's older, you probablyhave a "red" top to the valve cover, just remove thisred cover and the coils and spark plugs will be visible.remove the coils first, then the spark plugs.
