Where can you find the fuse box for the fog lamps on a mercury sable 2002?

In a 2002 Mercury Sable :

In the passenger compartment fuse panel , below and to the left of the

steering wheel , by the brake pedal ( it has a cover on it )

( fuse # 24 is a 15 amp fuse for the fog lamps )
