Where is 1996 katana 600 idle adjustment screw?

It's the brass screw protruding from underneath the carb(s) on the left side of the bike when your sitting on it. It is the only brass screw there that appears to be hand tightenable. screw it left to lessen idle and right or in to increase the idle. chances are your just giving it too much choke on start. Also, check (directly under the fuel nob thingy) that your choke doesnt stick open when you close it with the switch. I was having that issue and thus my bike was idling high as hell. thaislandguy@gmail.com
