I made aplication for a life insurance policy and a policy was issued with an effective date of 2/16/2010 issued to Jane A. Ford. The premium was to be charged to a credit card. I subsequently received a notice that my account was not billed for the february 2010 premium and that my account was billed for $87 and that it would pay premiums to May 2010. It did not indicate the card or card number to which it was billed. However, to date I have not received a card statement indicating the premium. I do not know which entity is the problem but I do not intend to receive a credit card statement with huge overdue amounts due to the incompetence of either entity. For this reason, I am cancelling the insurance policy as of this date, April 25, 2010. In view of the fact, that the transaction was not properly executed, I expect that all premiums will be refunded. I suggest you cease marketing the insurance in this manner until all fulfillment errors are corrected.
