Does the x-19 cr have a governor?

no there is no governor. but it does need modification to the throttle barrel in the carb! take off air filter and look in the hole should only be able to see about 5% of the throttle barrel. but you will most likely see more then 50%... less air less fuel = very slow bike.. haha.. probably does about 35mph... fix the barrel and you should see about 50 to 55mph shaunpo pocket bike specialist.. 7/13/2011
