What is the easiest way to make a homemade bong for smoking tobacco?

my recommendation is rolling papers for tobacco, honestly, but ... the cheapest and easiest bong i have ever seen was made from a 2-liter bottle, a cooler, and a ratchet piece. cut the bottom off the bottle, and cut the middle of the cap to make the ratchet piece sit halfway in it. fill the cooler w/ water. place bottle in the water and pack your tobacco/weed/salvia/whatever into the ratchet piece. make sure your bottle is into the water as far as it will go. now light your lighter and hold it over your ratchet piece to light your "tobacco" and while doing so pull the bottle up out of the water slowly (NOT ALL THE WAY!). this should make your bottle fill up with smoke. now take the cap off the bottle and prepare for one insane hit.
