I found the best price at www.kvvet.com. It's worked wonders for all manner of cuts, scrapes, and skin conditions on my sensitive and thin-skinned Thoroughbred. He managed to get a wound 3 inches across and deep, down to the bone. Vet said there was no way to avoid a scar and we'd be lucky to avoid proud flesh and infection. There was no way to suture the wound, too deep, and no way to cover it, it was where his front leg attaches to his chest. We have no idea how he managed to get injured in this location. A holistic equine practitioner told me about this product. I used it several times a day. It has an olive oil base so there was no skin irritation at all on this really horrible gaping wound.
