Which cruise line has the most cruise ships?

It will be a close draw between Royal Caribbean International and Carnival Cruise line. Both are the big players in the Cruising industry as both have 22 ships (if you include Allure of the Seas). Although they have a very similar cruising concept they offer very different experiences onboard. If you are considering booking any of them I suggest you do lot of research by reading the review because their older ships are so different from the new ones.

If you count all cruise ships owned by both companies however, Carnival (who also owns AIDA Cruises, Costa, Cunard, P&O, Holland America, Ibero, Ocean Village, Princess and Seabourn) owns far more ships than Royal Caribbean (who also own Celebrity and Azamara).
