How do you close the warfang gates on spyro dawn of the dragon?

First of all kill all the monsters that come in, then go up to the gate and depending on what platform you have it on ( it should say what to press on the screen) you would have to press a button , keep pressing it to the gate closes, then once it does you only have a short time, use spyro's fire and go up to the 2 dragon tourches on both sides of the gates and light then up. Then you have to keep the gates closed as the monsters will try to push them open until the fire meets the middle of the gate. Hope this helped!!
