Who founded the religion in Christianity?

Jesus Christ, as God's begotten Son, introduced Christianity or 'The Way' or 'Followers of the Nazarene' other names as it was known then. Ten days after His Ascension back to Heaven, the promised release of 'God's Helper' - His Holy Spirit - fell upon those gathered outside the city of Jerusalem on Pentecost Sunday, 17 June 31 AD. The 'Church of God' began calling out the Firstfruits of Salvation.
